The room was very comfortable and well appointed with a fabulous view of Lake Geneva.

The room was nice and clean although the pillow was too soft for my liking, they do provide an extra pillow however. The breakfast was average ( boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, croissant, pain au chocolate, tea coffee, water, bread cheese, fruit and yoghurt). To get to Geneva city centre there is the number 64 bus next to the hotel which takes you to a tram which you then board to get to Geneva Cornavin. Spotlessly clean and quiet. Bed a bit firm but brilliant room for a budget hotel.

My stay was in an apartment with a separate bedroom and lounge. All was comfortable, spacious and clean. The TV was only in the bedroom and it may have been nice to watch TV in the lounge. Dinner seemed to be available but I was not clear how you ordered it in advance. It would have been nice to have arranged this in advance. The nearest restaurant was only a 10 minute drive away but I was on a motorbike and it was raining. I did make use of the honesty bar that was provided and this was...

If you prefer with it Cities or de luxe room service then the chateaux may not be to your liking. If you like civilised calm, clean comfortable and quietly considerate staff at a very reasonable price then this is a wonderful place to stay. Good food wonderful atmosphere splendid views are to be had.
