Hotel is great, staff super friendly. However the walls are too thin and the guests can be really loud, even beyond midnight, which is particularly annoying when you have a tour starting at 7:00am the next morning

Great hotel for families and couples alike. Excellent location with easy access to the lovely beach. Good pools but not many sun loungers and the areas around the pools is not big. Stronger WiFi. Decent breakfast. The only downside że was a strong smell of cooking early in the morning in our room.

A good place to go with family and friends

Great option in Natal. Rooms a bit on the small side with some wear and tear, but comfortable. Recommend rooms with a terrace. Staff very friendly and service oriented. Lovely pool area. Placed at a quiet stretch of Porta Negra in walking distance to some excellent restaurants.

All the decoration of the hotel brings back memories of other times and shows a very good taste. The dining area is open and facing the garden. The garden is very well decorated in a very ecological and green way. 2 wonderful pools. Having breakfast in the morning, you can appreciate some birds collecting pollen from the flowers. Reflecting a very relaxing and peaceful image.

Great location on Ponta Negra beach, not a luxury hotel but good, clean and comfortable with the level of facilities you'd expect. We took a duplex with a roof terrace which gave us a sunny and private space as an alternative to the beach or hotel pool. Good range of bars and cafes in the immediate area which always felt safe and friendly. Staff very helpful, although the English spoken can sometimes be limited we got through when needed with a basic phrase book and had no problems in bars,...

Me and my friend stayed for a weekend and it was very pleasant, our bed was made every day and bins cleaned, the breakfast was a delight with many options and the room was brilliant I’d absolutely return here again, thank you!

Good clean hotel, let down by noisy air con in the room, although all ac units in brazil are like this. overall quality is good for brazil, but european and north american travellers might be dissapointed. ponte negra is bit of a dump, but some of the most beautiful beaches in the world are only 30minutes away.
