"I liked how we were greeted before entering by the Valet attendant. Once inside we were greeted again by the staff at the counter and allowed to check in early without any hassle. Due to the airline changing our flight time we arrived earlier than we thought and was worried that we would have to sit in the lobby. Great customer service is what I love and we received just that! "

"This property is being updated and is mostly finished. The lobby was very modern and our room was clean and updated. Beds were comfortable and linens were spotless. Pool and pool area were clean and children enjoyed the area. The very best aspect of this hotel, however, was Alexia, the front desk employee we interacted with during our stay. She was kind and accommodating, answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Our travel times were off from the check in/check out times of the hotel so Alexia arranged for our room to be ready a bit early and arranged late check out for us the next day. The breakfast was more than we expected and very good. Alexia arranged our shuttle to the airport and Catalina drove us. Catalina helped load our bags and was very cheerful on the short ride to airport. She dropped us at our gate and was helpful in telling us where to go once we got inside. This hotel is PERFECT for guests before and after a cruise or in need of a stay close to the airport. The staff was top notch and I will stay again when flying into or out of Fort Lauderdale. "
