"Lovely stay! Enjoyed a magnificent dinner at The Butcher. Hotel staff was amazing!"

"The hotel and amenities itself were fine. My room was so humid even with the air on full blast, and smelled of mould. When I went to take a shower there was hair in the drain from the last visitor. The room was quite expensive considering these things."

"Room 354 Our stay from February 25 to March 1 was very disappointing, especially considering the price of over $200 per night. The room was never cleaned during our stay, even though we requested housekeeping. The staff told us they do not clean rooms during a guest’s stay, which was never communicated beforehand. The first night we didn’t even have pillows and had to wait until the next day to receive them. When it rained one night, the roof leaked inside the room, creating puddles on the floor and on a chair. I have photos documenting this. To make matters worse, when I asked for towels to clean up the water, the staff said they did not have any available. Overall, the experience did not meet basic hospitality standards, especially for the price paid. I would not recommend this property unless management improves maintenance, housekeeping, and guest support."

"Both elevators were out of service- both a fire hazard and ADA VIOLATION. We’re in out 70’s and could barely make it up 2 flights of stairs with luggage and our bicycles. The from desk told me they had no one to offer help, and the guest elevator had been out of service for several days. The staff elevator was also out of service. It’s both illegal, and against code. "

"There were water stains all over my bathroom wall, my shower was dirty, I sat out at the pool and could not receive a towel for over an hour, I asked for directions to go grab an iced coffee. Nobody could give it to me., this was the most unpleasant day I’ve had in a hotel in a long, long time, "

"The room had no lights other than the bathroom pillows were horrible. Not the kind of place. I would like to stay in if it wasn’t an emergency I don’t recommend this hotel."
