"This was the nicest hotel! On Arrival the children were greeted by the reception team who took them to pick a gift from the Christmas tree, this may seem like a little extra detail but meant the world to the kids! The hotel was beautiful, clean and bright with lots of help friendly member of staff"

"Hotel is large and has good amenities. Very nice pool and services. The play area was brilliant. The family room could be a little bigger, have space to store clothes, and I personally don't like the square pillows they use, otherwise it was lovely and we enjoyed our time there. "

"Great size rooms, having the use of a kitchen when traveling makes a huge difference , not all rooms have an oven so check the room type when booking. Lovely pool area with sauna, the staff were great too. "

"Clean room and helpful staff. Bar downstairs with a good selection and shop, both a bit pricey. Lack of a mini fridge in room was annoying but everything else was pleasant and free luggage storage was nice. Hotel is in an incredible area, very safe and right next to tivoli, a 7-11 and bike racks for lime etc... "
