It was just ok. I was expecting better for the price. Location can’t be beat and I got the airport train that goes around each terminal to the hotel, which worked great. No need for a shuttle. Hotel de Roubaix
Room not very clean (oily mirror, bugs on floor). Area is quite nice though. You get what you pay for. Decor is eclectic.

Aparthotel Adagio Paris Centre Tour Eiffel
Spacious rooms and the bathroom was great. The area is also great and has a lot of places to shop, dine, and have fun. The elevators were a bit annoying but at least they worked! Breakfast is comparable to a cheap inn breakfast
