Yani, the front desk clerk was so helpful with an amazing attitude, even tho we didn’t speak French she did a great job communicating everything we needed to know.

The room was set up nicely when I arrived, but some corners were noticeably dirty. The towels in the bathroom had hair in them, which was disappointing. Also, the shower only had body wash gel—no shampoo or conditioner provided. Overall, it was fine for a short stay, but the cleanliness and amenities could use improvement.

A good enough overnight before an early TGV to from Gare to Lyon. The room was comfortable. I prefer the other side of the station, but I'd stay here again.

Good location. Facility is clean and adequately equipped with a kitchenette, and a full bath room. Towels and tissues are supplied. Staff are friendly and helpful. No AC in the rooms and the room temperature at nights was 30+ Celsius. Mosquitos present in room at night. Huge noise from the nearby Gare de Lyon runs till 2am.

The curtains in the room were spotted and dirty. The management were very angry that i reported to Expedia that there were no utensils provided for the kitchenette. There was no coffee pot - only a kettle. There is a massive construction project underway just beside this property. Hard to believe this is a 3-star property.

Dirty. Rude.

Horrible sanitary condition. There is no typical housekeeping you expect from a place listed on Hotels.com. (They ask you to pay for basic housekeeping.) They won't give you new towels despite you staying six nights. Unprofessional rude staff, too. Would not recommend it to anyone.

The bedroom was pretty, and the windows were very nice. The biggest problem is that this hotel is not air conditioned. We left the windows open all night, and bugs came in. A really uncomfortable night. I wish that I had realized that this hotel did not have air conditioning -- I wouldn't have booked it for a room in June.

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo y en general el hotel es muy agradable, las habitaciones don cómodas y limpias, y el personal muy atento, muy cerca de Gare de Lyon y Bercy andando, y con muchas lineas de metro y autobuses cerca para ir hasta las atracciones turísticas. Le quito una estrella porque no les recomiendo hospedarse en verano ya que no disponen de aire acondicionado, y el calor es terrible. En otras fechas muy recomendable, porque por el precio es excelente y me hospedaría de nuevo!
