Great location, very noisy.

The property was centrally located and close to the shops and subway. The rooms were very small but clean. However the walls are paper thin. My neighbors next door was noisy and I could literally hear them vomiting in the bathroom. I barely slept the 4 days I stayed at the hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Nothing worked! The phone and information pad were both inoperative. The room was tiny. Bathroom needed cleaned. Shower head squirted everywhere but on you. Tiny elevator you had to walk up steps to access. No nice restaurants nearby and no snack shop in the hotel. Bed was comfortable, but that’s the only good thing. I would not recommend nor will I be back. Not Hilton standards.

5 star on employess attention and service. Bed was 3 star. Cleaness of the room is a 2 star. (1 star being a cheap motel on the side of the road and 3 star being basic hilton experience). Towels are already yeallow stained, dirty floor of the bedroom, dirty bathroom. The design of the room is terrible. Paris has small spaces but hilton should be able to use the space in the room efficiently. Appropiate fueniture, doors should open in a way that maximizes use of the room.

They charged nearly 500 Euros. I had to wait nearly 15 mins to check in while receptionist chatted casually to other customers without any concern for waiting customers. No hot water. The shower was a disgrace and impossible to work. Not worth 500 Euros.

Un vrai coup de coeur pour l'hôtel Le Belgrand ! L'atmosphère chaleureuse et l'attention aux détails font toute la différence. À deux pas de l'Arc de Triomphe et des sites incontournables, c'est l'endroit parfait pour un séjour à Paris.

Un séjour très agréable ! L'emplacement est parfait, près des attractions tout en étant dans un quartier calme. La chambre était propre et confortable, le personnel est très accueillant. Un excellant choix, à Paris, je recommande vivement !

Vi synes værelset var så sødt og rart at være på. Personalet var super informative og imødekommende - især synes vi, at Angelina gjorde vores ophold ekstra magisk med hendes særlige opmærksomhed omkring rejsen. Tak for det.
