Great for an overnight stay

The hotel was clean and everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was a little snugbut we were only staying one night so no problem. Very close to Gare De Lyon

Pleasant stay at modest hotel

This hotel is well located, a short walk from Gare de Lyon and several other Metro stops. It is good for a short stay for a couple; the room is small for 2 people, but bathroom was a good size and shower was nice. Breakfast was great, and the greeting from Tonya every morning was a nice start to the day. It is rare to see someone working constantly at keeping food stocked and tables clean. Wifi worked well, and the lobby has tables for working if needed.

Nice hotel with small rooms, normal for Paris. Breakfast adequate, good catering staff. Hotel could not find details at check-in The same happened at checkout. Found after long wait. Paper and Credit card details had to be shown as proof.

wonderfull staff. perfect location. i really loved my visit here in paris. i didnt get the breaky - which looks like it was a mistake - it looked amazing. i walked to all the "big " touristy places. one thing to consider - its on a busy street. sort of loud. not crazy loud - but traffic. actually kind of quiet by 10. but sirens do come by. solution: ear plugs. after that - all is perfect. enjoy!

Rare case but got a problem when I checked in.

Somehow they missed my booking of 2 rooms and only reserved one room for me when I checked in. Yet, the staff helped and arranged another Ibis hotel nearby and accommodated my needs. I am happy for that although I made extra effort that night and the other day to swap the hotel. Not sure it is hotels.com problem or the hotel's issue.

Great location

Cozy apartment well located near the train station. The service was friendly and the room was clean. I just had some wifi issues and the A/c took a while to cool the room down. Otherwise a great stay.

Nice stay

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Nice touch of having free water, coffee and hot choc available. Hotel is in a nice location with nice restaurants and very handy for the Gare de Lyon train / metro station 5-8 mins walk away. The checkin on our confirmation stated 12 noon, we arrived to check in at noon to be told it is 3pm. To manage expectations the hotel should update this information.

Our room was on the ground floor and had to keep curtains shut so people on the street would not see in. The room itself was not nice at all. Creepy.

3 night stay July 2022

Lovely room on top 6th floor with view of the Avenue. No noise disturbances from outside. Small clean room, small lift but all perfectly acceptable and modern. Lovely continental breakfast that set us up for the day. Room wasn’t ready until 1pm instead of 12 noon but we could still leave our bags and go and explore the vicinity. Able to leave bags on last day after checking out and use the toilet facilities to change our clothes and have drinks before leaving in the evening. Would definitely recommend and stay again. :)
