Delightful hotel, spotlessly clean, with very helpful and friendly staff who went out of their way to help us throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent in range and quality. We booked the amazing sauna facility for private use whilst there - this was an added bonus on top if a brilliant stay. Will definitely book again when next in Paris.

This property is great, the staff is amazing, the breakfast is delicious and the sauna room is an awesome way to relax before or after a long trip. They make it so welcoming. We walked to the hotel from Gare du Nord. It was easy to find, a couple of hundred metres off Rue Lafayette. We were greeted by Patrick, who has to be in all my years of international travelling, one of the nicest, most supportive people i have ever met at the reception desk. it soon became clear that this was the standard for all staff at the hotel. not one failed to meet this standard. The room was small but well outfitted, qiet and comfortable. The bathroom was stunning. Breakfasts were a great mix of foods for all tastes. Rest assured we will be back there again soon.

We arrived at around 12pm and we asked if we could check in early and the check in was incredibly smooth, João helped us check in and it was the most comfortable and sweetest person ever. Super attentive and friendly and made us very comfortable since the start. The hotel scent is very beautiful and it has a luxury feel, I don’t know how to explain! They have a water fountain available at the hotel and you can re-fill your bottle as many times as you want. The gym has really good equipment and they also have a sauna! The room was really good and the bathrooms are good. The only thing I would say that would need improvement, but it wasn’t a problem at all for us, but could be for someone else is the water pressure in the shower. I seriously loved this hotel and I think we have found our forever hotel in Paris. Seriously, 10 stars in my opinion - thank you for making our stay, incredible ☺️🤍

Wir haben uns im Hotel Faubourg Galant sehr wohl gefühlt. Jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter war herzlich,die Hotelausstattung sehr individuell und schön. Das Frühstück war phantastisch und jeden Morgen eine Freude. Die Lage war ideal. Es war sehr ruhig im Zimmer,da das Hotel in einer kleinen Fußgängerzone liegt. Vom Hotel aus gibt es mehrere gute Anbindungen an Metro und Busstationen. Außerdem gibt es rund ums Hotel jede Menge guter Cafés,Restaurants und auch kleine Supermärkte. Wir waren als Familie zu Dritt unterwegs und hatten dementsprechend das DZ Superior mit Ausklappcouch,die sehr bequem war. Sehr groß ist das Zimmer nicht und wenn wir einen Verbesserungsvorschlag hätten,wären es ein paar Regale-vor allem im Bad. Aber es war alles gut machbar. Wir werden ganz sicher wiederkommen! Vielen Dank!

A estadia foi excelente! O hotel é novo, bonito, chique, quartos excelentes, grandes, limpo, cama boa, qualidade de roupa de cama maravilhosa, hotel pique 5 estrelas. Perfeito, localização maravilhosa com mercadinhos, restaurantes e bares próximos. Restaurante lê regente perto MARAVILHOSO! Bom bonito e barato, tem mc donalds, starbucks, lojas de queijos, carnes, etc. muito perto do ópera, lojas, montmatre, etc. o atendimento dos funcionários foi impecável, atenciosos, prestativos, educados, o João falava português e nos ajudou muito, e mesmo os que não falam português se esforçaram muito para entender. O café da manhã é excelente, bem servido, boas opções, tinha um garçom português que nos atendeu e foi muito simpático. Criança até 12 anos não paga e isso foi ótimo pois estávamos com criança. Inclusive o quarto do térreo era bem grande para uma família de 3 ou 4 pessoas / crianças. A rua do hotel geralmente fica fechada, mas o transfer consegue parar bem perto do hotel por ser uma rua pequena. Única questão que tivemos foi que não queríamos limpeza no quarto e mesmo com a placa na porta entraram no quarto e limparam, um pouco chato por termos nossas coisas pessoais expostas.
