Brilliant stay in Paris. The staff were really helpful, the location was very convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, and the lobby area is very relaxing with free tea and coffee available.

The hotel is super cleaned! Convenient to access other point in Paris. For my like it is little big old style but I guess this is Paris. I totally recomemmded.

The staff was wonderful, the property was nice. The surrounding area was great, lost of places to eat, close to the metro, and plenty of small shops to explore within walking distance. The only thing that we had an issue with was the noise at night coming from the street. We had a room on the perimiter of the hotel with windows. We would open the window to let the cool air in, and we could hear people on the street being super loud. Not sure how a room more in the interior part if the building would be, but just in case bring ear plugs and it may be ok.

There were no drinks available for guests in the lobby and other communal areas. The breakfast was awful - especially the almost raw scrambled eggs.

The hotel room was exceptionally clean, the breakfast was great with a large choice of different food and the staff were friendly and helpful. There was plenty of bars, restaurants and shops just minutes.

Location was excellent. Good walking and transportation links. Clean. Nice bathroom Usb outlets by bed. Water in lobby (both lemon water and dispenser to fill water bottles) and espresso a nice touch. I liked the door that separates bathroom area. Very quiet.

First experience with Hotel Province Opera
We stayed 6-nights in this hotel. Room size is comfortable; clean & easy access to metro station. But room temperature is a bit erratic as we couldn’t adjust to a temperature suitable for our sleeping. Check-out time was 11am and when I requested for an extension of 1-hour to 12noon as we have a night flight. I was immediately rejected at the front-desk giving reason that the hotel is full. In the end, the front desk agreed at 11.30am and no more she said. I thought hotel management should consider abiding if guests are not requesting more than 1-hour. As guests, we also understand that the hotel needs to do housekeeping for their next guests so we also do not make unreasonable requests. The 1-hour extension are quite common in Asia 3-4 stars hotels too. Maybe Europe hotels can take this into consideration.

Hotel room was a good size for 2 adults and a teenager, lovely big bathroom and shower. Close to Gare du Nord with easy access to the Metro into central Paris and then back to Gare du Nord to take the Eurostar back to London. We had a very annoying repetitive noise during the night which we complained about, the hotel staff said was fixed and it wasn't. There was no fridge in the room which is a basic necessity for cold water as a minimum, especially as the temperature during our stay in Paris was in the 30s! However, there was a water station in the foyer which was a good addition.

Great value centrally-located hotel
This is a great, centrally-located hotel. We were very surprised at the quality for the relatively low price we paid. It is near to lots of eating places and an easy 15 minute walk from Gare du Nord. Breakfast was fantastic.

Overall the hotel was clean, safe and conveniently located. I had no major issues with my stay. Our room was situated on the 1st floor above the main entry door so at times it was loud from the bar across the street or people being loud in the street in general. Additionally, there was an annoying buzzing sound in our room every time the front door bell was rang. The service was good - we had to request to have the hair dryer fixed which they promptly came to fix. We also asked for extra towels (which we had to do a few times as they would turn down the room but not leave the extra towels).

Great hotel - great location - great value
I loved this boutique hotel. Though it ranks as three stars, for cleanliness, ambiance and quality, I would rank it 4 stars for general experience and value for the money. Absolutely clean and comfortable (I took a small room so I imagine the larger rooms are even better). The staff is friendly, the location is superb (proximity to Metro line 4, Strasbourg-St Denis area restos, shops, etc, diversity, etc.), and the street is relatively quiet so no street noise at night. When I return to Paris, this is where I plan to stay and highly recommend you give it try.

Very nice hotel to stay in Paris
Hotel is well located, only a block to the metro station and lots of restaurants. It is only 15 min. walk to Gare du Nord train station to take the train to the airport. Breakfast was wonderful! The first room that we were given was extremely small, on the top floor with low ceilings. When we complained, we were given a much bigger room with working A/C which was wonderful!

The hotel is conveniently located, 10-15 min walk to Gare du Nord and smaller Metro stations nearby. The lobby area of the hotel was nice, the front desk staff was polite and helpful. I had an issue with my room that they were unable to resolve though - a loud noise/vibration that buzzed every few minutes. It was difficult to get used to, I did mention it to the front desk but being Sunday, there was no one to take a look. I was able to sleep through it. I was in one of the single rooms, as I was travelling alone. It was adequate for my needs, although part of the ceiling in the bathroom was very low - anyone 6ft or taller would hit their head on the lowered ceilling above the toilet. The shower as well was tiny - not for larger bodies (I'm not skinny either). The bed was comfortable. The linens good quality. The breakfast was a delightful surprise. Watch out using the stairs, they were sloping oddly, the delights of a historic building I guess.
