Very clean and friendly staff boutique hotel. Convenient to many museums, Eiffel Tower. Breakfast is nice(everyday same though), free in room water, coffee machine. The room is super small though, no place to open your luggage unless put on bed.

The hotel was great. My experience with Expedia was the first and last time I have used their service. First night was booked through Expedia was for a tiny room (the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in in my life), and was unavailable for the second night. The hotel booked me into another room (twice the size of the first night) for 40 euros less than Expedia's "deal."

Room was very nice and clean and had good views of the west and south (I was on the sixth floor). Location was very convenient being walking distance from the Eiffel Tower and Metro École Militaire station. The breakfast was nice as well. I greatly appreciated the front desk staff for check-in and check-out (Farouk helped me at check out but i don't remember who checked me in). There are also several cafés nearby and even a small laundromat across the street!

The most perfect boutique hotel in the 7th Arr. such a pretty space, super nice facilities and gorgeous views.
There is an elevator, but I loved these beautiful stairs.
The view from our room was gorgeous!
