Really enjoyed staying at the Altona, bed was super comfortable and the shower was hot and powerful. Staff very friendly and helpful and the rooms were extremely clean and tidy. Recommend highly

Late arrival smooth check-in after getting off the Eurostar at midnight. I was a bit disappointed to be assigned a room on the 6th floor upon check-in, however... The room ended up being perfect for me. Loved its configuration, plus it was warm and clean. The mattress was firm just how I like them. Let's not forget the impeccable cleanliness of the bathroom. Nice 2 star hotel to book if need to stay in the Gare du Nord area and you travel on a budget. I'd definitely book again in the future.

Overall great staff, nice and helpful. Property is small but accommodating, convenient and within walking distance of Gare du nord. Montmartre & Pigalle.

The front desk staff was great. They were all very helpful and kind. The cleaning staff didn't have much consistency with their supplies for the room. Some days we had the proper towels, etc. and some days we didn't. Some days we were provided bottled water and some days not. The bed didn't have a top sheet, just the comforter. This may be standard for this hotel but seems odd.
