Cleanliness has been mentioned by others, so was my concern... It was good for bedroom and bathroom. The only things that let it down were some splash marks from a drink on the curtains, which didn't look nice, but weren't unhygienic. All surfaces had been wiped and floors clear. Plenty of space, really helpful staff. Basic, and good value.

Clean and safe area near metro and buses. No air conditioning and no fans available, so extremely still and warm in my room. Staff were exceptional! No lift so if you have bad knees, be cautious. Overall, for the price decent deal.

The place was pretty dirty and the wall is like made by paper. shower temp could be too hot or too cold. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Close to bus/metro station with places to eat nearby. No towels, not soundproof rooms, said there was breakfast, but didn’t have breakfast. Thankful for 24 hour desk!

Very simple and basic hotel, but then again very inexpensive. Suitable if you’re looking for a safe place to hang your hat, just spend a couple of nights in lovely Paris. Very central location in Paris. Friendly service, check-in, and out were a breeze. I would go there again if I’m on a budget.

Friendly staff. Easy and quick check-in. Could check-in before the usual check-in time slot, which was excellent. I could easily rest aftett an early morning start. Strangely, the hotel is situated in a busy area, but I couldn't hear any noise, which was good for a peaceful night. The rooms could do with a bit more thorough cleaning. Easily accessible, centrally located. Lots of shops and cultural places around. Thanks to the gentleman at reception during my arrival and departure. Check-out was quick & easy. as well.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean with plenty of towels. The one bad part is that the location is down an alleyway/sidestreet. Other than that it was amazing.

Surely you did not choose the right wiffi, since we never had a problem with the internet sometimes there are some cuts of 2 to 5 min maximom, Our goal is to satisfy our customer you should have informed us on the day of the incident we should have found a solution to not reach this note 1/5.

worst hotel experience
No heating worked during the stay , ridiculously cold . Stayed for four days and towels were not changed unless we asked . No one came to clean the room in 4 days until the third day the cleaner provided us with towels only after we mentioned it at reception . Very unhelpful and rude staff .

Is really complicated sleeping here you can easy hear the noises from the neighbors shower, or when someone is claiming the stairs no recommend at all . The neighborhood is a bad area

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Close to metro station. It just sucks that there's no elevator and that their first floor rooms are actually on the 2nd floor. Otherwise, everything else was good.

The room was not clean, there was hair from the previous guest still hanging on the bathroom tiles, the dust had not been done, the sheets were also very sketchy with hair that were definitely not mine :( I had the ground floor room and it smelled constantly of cigarette smoke from the people that went right outside. Will not recommend unless you can’t find anything else in Paris.

Great stay! Clean, friendly and close to POIs
The room was clean, the staff was friendly and the location was really convenient for tourism! Definitely recommend! WiFi was a bit slow but not an issue when choosing this place!

Very close to metro less than 2 minute walk, lots of pubs and restaurants around , close to McDonald’s , close to republique which has lots of busy restaurants and pubs and nightlife

Good location but not worth the price. 1 Star.
The hotel in is a decent area. With metro and bus stops within 200 yards. We walked from Gard de Nord in 25 minutes. The hotel is run like a hostel, you have to hand in the key with the massive keyring whenever leaving the hotel. Breakfast is 8.5 euro for plain continental! We went to the main breakfast shop on the corner every morning. Bed sheets had hairs and needed changing. Rooms have no A.C, it was cold outside but very warm in the room in March! You can not stay in this hotel without A.C in the summer unless you like to sleep in a sauna. This hotel is not for family or couples but maybe for the backpacker if you get a cheap price otherwise avoid. I will not be staying there again, unless the hotel resolve the problems.

A big note to everyone, the Hotel does not have lifts available - we had to carry our two large suitcases and two carry-ons up the staircase right up to level four. Hotel beds weren’t regularly changed and we found cockroaches all over our room. On top of that the heating system is coil heating and only 4 of the 6 coils work. On a good note the staff were friendly.

Staff are nice and though we were not able to communicate as we don't know local language, the staff tried to help us as much possible. Accommodation close to Metro station. For travellers/tourists, the hotel provides basic comfort and good location.
