Nice stay. Happy to stay again.

Great convenient location above Intercity grocery store. A bit worn but very comfortable, very clean and a great deal. Got nice upgrade to nice, bigger apartment room. One of two shower doors was not hung well and a little scary. Underground parking enters and exits from Ave de Paris, get entry code after check-in.

The rooms and bathroom were clean; however, upon entering, we were met with a strong chemical smell. The kitchenette was very small, with barely enough space for preparing basic meals, and there was no dishwasher. The stove and microwave were both in good working order. Unfortunately, both sinks — in the kitchen and the bathroom — were partially blocked, causing the water to drain slowly. The most serious issue was that the bed in the bedroom was infested with bugs, resulting in bites for those who slept on it. The divan sofa, on the other hand, was fine and showed no signs of infestation. Cleaning is provided once a week unless you pay extra for additional service.

The place was tidy and easy to find. Metro was right there and a grocery was so convenient. The kitchen table and tiling in the bathing room could have been updated a bit more. However fine to sleep and tour Paris. Especially if you are not really relying on the hotel for food or to relax and hang out. We had jammed packed days so perfect for us.

Good location, although address in the confirmation took us too far down the road. Front desk staff varying in friendliness - but overall service good. Room was good; but no towels on arrival and weren’t able to get any until the next day. No frequent room service throughout the day, so bin was never emptied (we bagged everything up, but it remained in our room), and room generally left however we left it throughout the day. No air conditioning; so was quite difficult to manage temperature on a hot day, but overall was okay.

The bedroom and living room is very good size, flat location near to metro which is convenient. However, the flat is very dirty; floor in every room, toilet, bathtub all very dirty. There are stains on chairs

Excellent staff, supermarket and Metro next door. Housekeeping a bit haphazard. Bin from previous occupants not emptied. Chipped bathroom sink, with hair in it. Policy is not to supply plug for kitchen sink! This is bizarre. Despite these niggles, I recommend this property.

I chose this place for the price and location which were both great. The staff was very nice. I also knew like most places they didn't have air conditioning. Checking the weather i didn't think we would need it. Unfortunately the second week was a heat wave and every day was 97 degrees. So it was hard to sleep. You do have a fan. I asked for another one and was told they didn't have any more. And from sweating at night they only clean the rooms every few days which sucked. I did like this place and would recommend if you don't care about air.

Our experience at this hotel was amazing right from the beginning. The gentleman at the front desk was polite and helpful. Explained everything well. The room was better than we had expected. The bed was firm and very comfortable. I'll be honest, I'm not used to getting a cook top in kitchenettes. It was a welcome surprise. All of the staff were fantastic, and the cleaning was much more thorough than I'm using to seeing in any hotels. To top all of this off, the location was fantastic. A supermarket in the building, a bakery right beside, lots of restaurants right be, and a metro station on steps from the front door. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone else I know visiting, and plan to stay here again when next I visit Paris.

Unpleasent stayed the apartment was with a lot of damages: the cover of the toilet was broken anfd the tiles was with mold no heat the apartment was, freezing, no paper toilet and shampoo

Excellent location, a metro station and Supermarket about 50 meters away. rooms equiped with mini kitchen so you can cook your own meals. No AC on rooms, but no need, just open the window and the cool breeze will do the job. If we return to Paris we will definetely consider staying there again

Rude worker

Overall is ok, near to orly airport and close to public transport. BUT the asian male receptionist with sparse mustache is extremely rude,always acting irritable and very irresponsible. Can't believe how this person got a job as a receptionist.
