"Is not a good hotel for Hotels.com I booked this hotel to use the shuttle, cause is 10 minutes away from the airport but is cost 30 euros. If is a service should be included. And the shower is terrible. Or You burn at hot or you shower at cold, there is no middle point."

"We cannot recommend the Porto Romano enough! We arrived early April and found our room to be incredibly clean. The beds (king and the pull out sofa bed) for three of us were exactly the comfort we were hoping for after a long day exploring, not to mention the showerhead was top notch, and private balcony was refreshing! A massive thank you is in order for the staff who not only helped coordinate our taxis, but were responsive when we needed to visit the local Urgent Care and Pharmacy. Though the pool was not in service this time of year, don’t let that deter you- the stroll around the property alone is a feast for the senses. I would also recommend booking a massage, followed by the Turkish bath (a steam room) and sauna before your flight home! We also heard great things about Gina’s - but didn’t have a reservation so be sure to call ahead! (Guess I need to come back!) For those with low mobility, be sure to request a room on the ground floor as there is no elevator, but the staff was very attentive and helped us with luggage. Cannot wait to come back! "

"We had two rooms and spent three nights here. I loved the location, the staff, the cleanliness and especially the secure parking. The breakfast was also great. The room sizes were inconsistent. One of our rooms was spacious with a large walkin shower. The other room was small and had a shower so small that it was difficult to get in. The bathroom door could not fully open unless you moved the nightstand. There were also a lot of stairs to climb unless you had a ground floor room. I would not hesitate to stay here if I was in the area again. "
