Breakfast is good, dinner is beautiful. Transfer to the ski lift is free of charge. Transfer is possible any day and anytime you need. Every evening the owner of hotel is greeting the guests and interesting about their staying.

The hotel has a very nice location, very quiet and surrounded by nature, it’s a 10/15 mins walk only from the center. Very nice and available staff, the hotel is very well organized with a private transport service that drives you to the main ski lifts in a couple of minutes. We stayed in junior suite for 3 nights in December for a winter spa holiday in the dolomites. From the moment of arrival, we were seamless looked after from parking our car, taking our luggages to our room, and toured the resort facilities by the check in team. Stayed in Arco for 3 days. Great to get away from hustle of Riva del Garda whilst still being very close to Lago di Garda. Other smaller lakes (Tenno, Ledro) nearby well worth a visit. Minutes walk away from cathedral and town centre with great restaurant recommendations. Tennis club with clay and indoor courts also very close. Staff very helpful in advising best places to go. Fantastic hiking routes and proximity to Parco Naturale Adamello Brenta. Highly recommend.

5 star hotel with amazing rooms and facilities. The transport to the ski lifts was a needed bonus

Excellent staff always on the spot and happy to help. The transport offered it is a great advantage, dropping to the required ski-lift everyday. The food quality and service was outstanding, Italian tradition maintained at higher standard including perfectly run restaurant hall. The hotel and its staff in our opinion were excellent. The hotel is well positioned on the main road into Riva, so is easy to find. It is a short walk to the Lake and nearest beach, about 150m. Beautiful gardens (and well maintained) surround the swimming pool, plenty of shade around the pool but also plenty of sun for those wanting to tan. In our view the Hotel could not be faulted for its cleanliness and very high standards of service that it offered. It is certainly deserving of its 4 Star...

Wonderful hotel. Properly helpful service. Welcoming. Relaxing. Great food. Do not miss the beef tartare, which is amazing. Stunning views across the mountains.

This was very conveniently located near the train station. Although we arrived much late than we planned (around mid night), the proximity of the accommodation made is less of a concern. Nice and cosy apartment with necessary amenities . The apartment came with a modern sophisticated washer/dryer which was very useful. It is well lit and clean. 2-3min walk to the Bernina express station. Plenty of restaurants near by.

From start to finish, we simply had the best time ever. What amazing, happy and helpful staff, absolutely nothing was a problem. We cannot recommend this hotel enough and hopefully we will return one day.
