"Great condos. Our had a great view, was clean and functional. It had great Wifi too all around the unit. Kitchen was decently stocked, but there were just cutlery, pots, pan and dishes (wish there were more dishes so you didn't have wash them each time). It come with some dishwasher soap, but no washing machine one. Also no salt, pepper, oil.... so if you are planning to cook a lot from scratch you'd have to buy everything. there is a little market down the street, and real grocery stores a few miles away. you can easily walk to town (it's downhill, then uphill) and dine out or take out "

"We wanted right by the beach and we got right by the beach!! If you book the ocean view you will have amazing scenery of the ocean! It can get a bit noisy at night.. one of the nights there was a performer at the outdoor pool next door who sang 80’s rock music for what felt like hours but we were so tired from the beautiful beach it didn’t matter! The room was huge and the bed was super comfortable! The breakfast buffet was amazing with tons of selection even vegetarian options. AND tons of cool shops, restaurants, and bars all around the hotel within distance. If you’re looking to be by the beach, shopping, and dining… this is THE hotel for you!!"

"The Belmar is even more beautiful than the pictures. We were four adults in a two bedroom suite. It was so spacious, clean and gorgeous with a stunning view of the beach and an enormous balcony. They even had room service and the restaurant was reasonably priced. Staff was super helpful and friendly. We didn't want to leave for our next destination and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"This is an amazing property! Great beach and pool areas. I assume it gets really crowded in July and August. June the crowds were manageable. All restaurants and bars were good. Easy ride into Old Town Family friendly with kids areas and pizza restaurant option. Good for grandparents also, although a lot of walking if you want yo get down to beach. Know that beach chairs and umbrellas aren't included. Extra charge. No extra charge for pool area. Night Club wasn't opening until July Highly recommend "

"Great overall, even better than I had expected. Room much better than the photos suggested (quality of linen amongst best ever, in any five-star I've stayed in, and bathroom spotless with constant piping hot water for bath). Pool-side room with direct access from room patio door to pool area was great. No need to worry about noise around pool as not so busy and everyone well behaved! Could go in and out of room to pool and other facilities very easily. Hardly used corridor entrance to room during entire stay. Breakfast buffet excellent, best choice of fruit and pastries, even though cooking station very, very slow, for hot egg dishes. Better to use frying pans rather than hot plate? Bar area outdoor terrace was also very nice in evening sun, but quieter rather than lively. Hotel a bit shabby in places, as over comments have said. They could really enhance pool-side area by putting cushions on recliner (but plenty of recliners and no rush every morning, as not that many rooms) and putting in some new parasols, as look very shabby. Stunning location righty by boardwalk that takes you to all interesting viewing and swimming spots. About a 20 min walk to town centre and restaurants. Quick taxi journey. Spa also great with own outdoor pool. All staff super helpful and friendly. Final tip: this is a super relaxed experience, calm and quiet, with amazing views and walks nearby, but if you're looking for somewhere with more of a buzz / atmosphere, it might not be for you!"
