"My stay had a negative start when the front desk demanded a payment of utilities at check in. I had already pre-paid for my stay, so this was an unwelcome request. I have never had a hotel ask me to pay utilities. It seems like that should be included in the price of the room. Other than that negative experience, the hotel was beautiful and I had a great experience."
