"The staff was excellent. They always had a smile, where friendly, and took their time to answer my questions as well as give advice. There was plenty of hot water for my private shower and the room was clean enough. I did find some hair that did not belong to me, but not any more or less than I would find at other places. The walls are thin, so be sure to bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. You can hear people in the halls moving around, talking on their phones (which sucks at 2am), the front door chime, etc. The room I was in never got fully dark, so if you need it dark be sure to bring an eye mask. There is an automatic light that turns on in the hallway when someone walks down it, and that light enters the room through a window in the room. The coffee in the morning was great. The all day tea was fantastic! Do note that the times listed for various things (e.g., breakfast, dinner, coffee) on the in-room placard seem more like suggestions. I learned to add 30 minutes to every time listed. The location is excellent if you want to walk around. Everything you need is close by. Given the price paid, I would 100% come back and stay again."

"Great hotel. We only stayed one night as a layover to collect a hire car. They arranged a transfer from the airport, upgraded our room and the dinner in the restaurant was really good. We were even adventurous enough to walk into the centre for a couple of drinks in Piso 3 and also do walk in the park first thing in the morning."
