The property itself is a $75-85 / night property; it's "ok" for the price advertised. What REALLY got us was the "fine print",.... $14.00 / night FOR PARKING. This property has plenty of parking, the extra charge is just "hidden" profit. Most properties offer a continental breakfast. This one offered is but it was $15.00 for cold powdered eggs! This place is a classic bait and switch! We will never stay there again!

I was surprised with a $14 parking fee after already paying for the room on Expedia. I went back and read the Expedia page and didn’t see this charge mentioned anywhere. This is a small town and there is no shortage of parking. There was a good amount of hair in the bed and in the bathroom.

This hotel charges a $14.00 per night parking fee. I have never heard of anything like this, maybe if they had security patroling the property. They also charge a set price of $14.95 for breakfast. I'll never stay there again.

The owners charge customers $14 for parking. Room was dirty and outdated. Single ply toilet paper, a limited body/soap and the place is decorated very tacky. Not worth the bargain price, disappointed with the overall stay.

Extremely poor customer service. The male at the desk never make eye contact during my check in. When I ask about the $14 additional fee on my bill. He pointed to the sign There is an additional $14 dollar fee TO PARK AT THE HOTEL that you have paid to stay the night at. When I ask where else I could park , this male never answered. The key card I was given didn’t work and was at the end of the hall. When I came back up to the desk. He rekeyed a card and slide it to me. Very poor experience, this unexplained and ridiculous charge paired with horrible customer service. Do better Grand Vista !!
