"First impression on arrival was "disappointing". The exterior of the hotel is dull and scruffy, not what was expected. There's a reason they don't show the exterior on their website. Single rooms are basic but clean. Bathroom very good. Limited options for dinner in the hotel but quality very good. Staff helpful and overall impression improved a lot after a 4 night stay. "

"I stayed in this beautiful hotel on my recent trip to Italy and was blown away by the service and hospitality. Everyone at the hotel is incredibly friendly and helpful, the food is amazing and the lemon garden is one of the most beautiful and relaxing places ever to sit and have a drink. Luigi and the rest of the staff made our visit unforgettable."

"Very nice hotel conveniently located near the Pompeii ruins. Our only significant complaint was that the toilet did not flush well. Lots of water but not everything would go down. Very annoying. Bad design and nothing the staff could fix without replacing the toilet. Otherwise we had a nice stay. Our room faced the street but was quiet. Breakfast was good but not great. Staff were helped us find nearby restaurants that were good and arranged for our taxi to the train station."

"Exceptional location with sea views . The hotel is maintained to very high standards and very stylish . All the staff from reception , bar , restaurant and parking were all very helpful and knowledgeable. It’s ideally located a short drive from Naples and ideally situated to explore Mt Vesuvius, Pompei , Herculaneum, Sorrento and the Amalfi coast"

"The staff was less than welcoming; the room was small and loud (right on a busy road); the hotel is extremely dated; the walls are so thin you can hear other patrons in the shower (we heard burping and other assorted bodily noises which will not be mentioned); and although they advertise as a "Hotel and Restaurant," we were told the restaurant as not been open for while. The owner just doesn't want to advertise that fact on the website. So, if you stay at the hotel because of its proximity to the Naples Airport, please know that is it's best and only amenity. And don't arrive hungry, because not only is there no functioning restaurant, the staff could not recommend one good restaurant in the area. They do have a "happy hour" with potato chips and other assorted finger foods, but the bartender was less than welcoming when you order a drink or eat any of the food. Again, the ONLY reason to stay at this hotel is its proximity to the airport, as it is literally across the street and down the road. Otherwise, pay a bit more, take a cab, and eat at a restaurant in Naples. If we return to Naples and have another early morning flight, that will definitely be our plan. "

"Room was clean. The shower doesn’t drain fast enough to keep up & the walls are thin so you can hear EVERYTHING outside your room. Staff was helpful and friendly "
