"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The rooms and common areas were spotless, and the hotel itself was very peaceful and quiet. The breakfasts were fantastic with lots of fruit and veggies. We also really enjoyed the great pool area, and the location couldn't be betterโjust a short walk to the beach. Highly recommended!"

"Everything about Neptune was great, good sized suite for us and the kids, the staff were very friendly and the kids loved the pools and kids areas. We wish weโd booked for longer to make use of the other services, as we only stayed for 2 nights at end of our holiday as a treat, and would have been great to stay longer to enjoy the other activities and shows. Food could not be faulted, breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing with so much choice, and really enjoyed the Umami asian restaurant too. All in all a great end to our holiday to Kos!"

"After a nightmare start with a previous hotel provided which was totally unacceptable and filthy. We had to move ourselves sourcing the Aegean Pearl in Tigaki and we found a hidden gem. There is a new section at the rear which is paradise. I will definitely be back here again next year."

"Once again GRECOTEL pleasantly surprised us and made our vacation unforgettable as always The staff was very willing and immediately to serve us in every wish Stavros the manager the staff at the reception (Dimitris etc.) in the restaurant (Irini etc.) in the bar (Maria etc.) all of them impeccable and with a smile on their faces The cleanliness of the rooms at a high level as always The only negative is the return of the bath towel to the reception to give you a clean one. I think something has gone wrong here. Why not leave my used towel as usual at the kiosk and receive a fresh one the next day? Everything else as I said perfect Thank you for your hospitality"
