We enjoyed our overnight stay. Staff are so friendly and accomodating. The resort is amazing! Serenity and tranquility is the best to describe this place. Very private. And breakfast was great! We're spoilt for choices.

We loved our stay at South palms. Everything was fantastic and there is so much to do within the resort itself. Would recommend it to anyone heading to Bohol.

This place is so beautiful! Incredible views from the cliff towards the sea and Alona beach which is super accessible by some stairs. The Beachhouse is conveniently just beside the Ceres bus stop and after our journey from Cebu city, we were able to check into an oasis for three days. Tim and Ann made us very welcome to their resort with four modern, luxury rooms overlooking a swimming pool and the sea beyond. Lovely hotel with its own private beach. The hotel has one restaurant which overlooks the beach and a beautiful bay. The food provided was excellent however choice was limited. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The hotel recommended renting a moped from a guy called Eddie who owns a motorcycle rental shop nearby. Amihan was really great value for money. They were really quick in responding to my email queries about arranging transport and very friendly when we arrived. The room we had was huge, with very efficient air con, big TV, comfy bed, big seating area and balcony, all very clean. I wanted a peaceful and relaxing break after the chaos of Manila. I did a lot of research on hotels in Bohol and this ticked every box for me. I was extremely satisfied and it even surpassed my expectations. This is French owned, small, cosy hotel with about 8 rooms on a back lane 15 mins walk from the action in Alona beach. Isla Hayahay is an amazing hotel is a secret spot in Bohol. It is away from everything but the resort has everything you need. The food is great with so much choice that you look forward to trying from the range of dishes. The bar is well stocked and open 24hours a day. We spent three nights at the resort at the end of our two week philappines trip and it was well worth it. Three days of relaxing by the pool and unwinding. They do have diving and day trips offered on site. But actually relaxing...

Really enjoyed our stay here, the owners are really nice, welcoming and accommodating. The room was great and had everything we needed. Their dog Happy, is so lovely and friendly - an added bonus to our stay!

I loved this resort. Nothing was too much trouble. Every member of staff was great, especially Dane, Godwin, Emmy and Ann! They deserve a special mention. Dane really took an interest in our plans and itenary.Booked the suite room overlooking the sea. The room blew us away. Fantastic overall stay. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Our room was very clean, comfy & spacious. The restaurant food was amazing & delicious, situated near the beach. The children have lots of things to do so they nevere got bored. Will definitely come back!!

It is a wonderful place like paradise with very friendly people. The food is tasty,too. The only downside is the construction work on the street which makes it a bit tricky to drive but it is still possible with a small car or scooter.

Great private room. Perfect place to stay for budget travellers/divers. Everything was clean, and having 2 pools was a nice luxury. Only negative is that breakfast was quite poor. Would recommend booking the room without breakfast.

Great staff making sure you are okay. Relaxed atmosphere with vareity of rooms to choose from depending on budget. Cheaper to book online than turning up on spot. Mixed people here from backpackers, solo travellers and couples. You will need a scooter to get to places. Watch out for the mosquitos in the evening and morning time! Overall this is a good place to stay with good staff if you are willing to use scooters to explore the island/alona beach area.
