"Everything was incredible! The customer service was above-and-beyond from all of the hotelโ€™s staff and exceeded my expectations. The Henann resorts all have beautifully design. This wasnโ€™t my first Henann. The swimming pools, the garden and its landscapes, the La Costa restaurant, the rooftopโ€™s swimming pool overlooking the beach and the sea. What really impressed me the most of all was how clean everything was, spotless, considering that this resort is sold out. I was also impressed with how fast the room service was. I ordered a chicken adobo dish and it was brought to my room within 20 minutes. I asked to press iron my business suit and it was done within 1 hour! I was like wow! I highly recommend any Henann resorts."

"We will really miss this place. It's a small hotel with just a few rooms so it feels personal and uncrowded. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious and the pool is very inviting. And the location is good, a few minutes away from all the cafes restaurants, bars and Alona beach. What more can I say, we loved it โค๏ธ. Tip: Ask for Melvin the Tuktuk driver, he took us all around Panglao and Bohol during our trip and he is very helpful, honest and very reasonably priced."

"We booked a 4-day, 3-night stay for my dadโ€™s birthday, and our experience was absolutely amazing! The staff went above and beyond to make his birthday special. They surprised him in his room with a beautiful cake and even sang โ€œHappy Birthdayโ€ to him. He was completely surprised and so happy! The property itself was beautiful, clean, and very well taken care of. Our kids had such a great time, especially swimming in the nice, large pool. It was the perfect place for our family to relax, have fun, and celebrate together. We truly appreciate the wonderful hospitality and attention to detail.
