The property is perfect for us except that we had an experience of not having water the next day we woke up. I would have rated this place excellent if not for that reason. the staff and service was excellent. Cannot complain anything else. Will reconsider staying on this place again on my next visit.

I like the location because it was quite and away from the hustle and bustle of Alona but the property has thin walls hence you can hear next door’s noise even just simple talking.

Everything was okay except check in
Everything was okay except for the check in. Our room was not yet available and we were told to wait. After some "arguing" with the front desk, they decided to give us another room. They initially told us that additional fees will be collected since it is a more expensive room. I told them I wont be paying any additional amount since it is not our fault.
