Dear valued guest, Thank your for your feedback. We understand that you had issues with the internet and the price at our facility. In terms of the internet, we keep our Wifi-network constantly up to the actual international standard and achieved comparatively good results recently. Yet, we shall bear in mind that Alona Beach as part of Panglao Island is a provincial area where telecom suppliers still struggle to provide highly reliable uplinks. As for the prices at Alona Beach, they have been slightly increasing in last years, given the expansion of infrastructure, entertainment and higher demands. We are trying our best to absorb most of the growing costs and not pass it on to our customers. In any case, all our prices are within the average paid at similar facilities at the Beach & we are fully transparent. No hidden extra costs.
