"Beautiful hotel, lovely, renovated and clean rooms.Excellent breakfast. We had rooms on the third floor with small cute balconies and sea views. Charming outdoor and gardens. Ali bey was extremely nice and so very kind and helpful in planning our trip. He went above and beyond for me when I was planning a surprise birthday for my sister. I am so grateful for all his help.

When we arrived we were told we were going to be upgraded but we ended up in the room booked I think it was an oversight and I did not want to compla6ad the economy room we booked was fine. The location is wonderful and breakfast was amazing. Would definitely stay again"

I stayed at this boutique hotel for 7 nights and had a truly enjoyable experience. The staff were incredibly helpful, always welcoming me with a smile and going out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Their hospitality really made me feel taken care of throughout my stay. "The air conditioning was not working very well and therefore we had to open the window. But so many mosquitoes! Also a little disappointing that breakfast is only available after 9am. "

We were looking for a boutique hotel right on the water, and yet close to an urban center. This place is on the water and just 5 minutes from Cunda center, a lovely small town to visit. "A lovely boutique hotel in Cunda within walking distance to the marina, restaurants, market. Parking across the street. Delicious Turkish breakfast with generous serves. Staff were friendly and courteous. The standard room was a little small but comfortable. I’m sorry I don’t speak Turkish to thank them for our short but enjoyable stay. Cunda is quiet and relaxing away from the busy-ness of Ayvalik and a short distance further if thinking about a stopover. Make sure you go to Tas Kahve for Turkish coffee or gelato and watch the coffee beans being ground by a handsome Turkish man lifting a 33 kg weight!"
