Property is located in a nice location. Elevator wait times are a little lengthy due to guest capacity to elevator ratio. Room was nice with great beach access. I would stay here again.

Nice Condo

I really liked the Tidewater. It had all of the amenities of home. The elevators were a little slow but not bad. Right on the beach and walking distance to the pier. The condo itself(unit 2014) had plenty of space with the two bedrooms and their private baths. Plus a sofa sleeper and a bunk area. Also a third bath. The balcony had a lot of room as well. If we get a chance to go back, we will stay here again.

Elevators are enough to never return.

Condo was nice, and great location. That's where it ends. Tub in master bath was VERY slow to drain so taking showers ended up being a bath. Washing machine hadn't been cleaned properly in a very long time so it was moldy and smelled gross to the point we didn't want to do any laundry there, even though this was a selling point on this condo. Then there's the elevator situation . . . read the google reviews before booking here. During their "peak" times there is an astronomical wait to get on an elevator. Our final day it took us over an HOUR AND A HALF of standing there waiting to get on an elevator. No, that's not a typo. They will stop on every floor and open, but are constantly full. Apparently its a constant issue. It took 3 calls to security desk and them sending someone to attend the elevator before we finally were able to get down from the 17th floor (so no, stairs was not an option with kids and a luggage cart).

The condo that we stayed in was amazing. I wasn’t sure because we have 4 kids n need a lot of room, but the moment we walked in, I knew we were great. Plenty of room, very clean, very friendly and helpful employees and a breathtaking view! I give our condo and the whole resort a 10/10! Definitely gonna stay there again! 😃

The condo and stay was great, the only issue we had was not being told sooner or informed at all that out condo could only have 2 parking spots, the Tidewater employee, Chanel, called 3 days before the trip to let us know and was very rude and not helpful. Other than that, pretty nice place.

Everything was perfect except it was thunder beach with lots of motorcycles that would Rev until 3am, that was the only downside. The kitchen refrigerator needed to be dusted on top but other than that, we had a great time. Staff was friendly and helpful. I do recommend avoiding the Waves restaurant in the hotel, it’s very pricy and they charge so many fees. The hot tub was down the first day we got there, but it was fixed for the rest of the week so that was super cool. We stayed on the 17th floor, which had amazing views, but the elevators are slow so be prepared for that. I recommend them and would stay again.

It is nice large apartment, but it wasn't very clean. Even the check in was exactly at 4pm when we came in we found a lot of sand over the floor and in our beds. Also we paid for the umbrella and seats for all the days that we were staying and the last day it supposed to be rain and the guys with umbrellas didn't let us to open it and didn't want to refund the money for this day. They been very mean

I would NOT recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice, updated property to enjoy their vacation! The property is outdated, and even the elevator technology is outdated. For the amount of money we spent for a Full Oceanview room on the 5th Floor, we could have stayed at another nicer property that had Nice Staff, better looking units, a Jacuzzi that actually works and with better functioning elevators. The outdated property, the unfriendly and dry staff members, the non-functioning Jacuzzi the Super Slow elevators put a Cloud over what should have been a nice vacation.

Our condo by Book that condo was great, it was clean, stocked with everything we needed for our week there and decorated perfectly, everything was up to date and in good condition. As much as we loved our condo we will not stay here again, the resort has 3 main elevators and on day 2 one of them broke and was down the whole week, it took nearly 30 minutes each time you needed to go up or down waiting for it to come to you, they put attendants on them to help and it did but only as far as ppl getting on and riding it all the way up and then back down and keeping it to full for anyone to get on. We felt stuck in our condo or on the beach, very very frustrating and we will never go back or recommend this resort. The 2nd issue we have here is the beach chairs, the rentals take up nearly the whole beach front to back, if you dont rent you are exiled to a 60 ft section of the beach on either side of the chairs and then ppl set up their canopies and leave them the whole week, then you have to walk through their camps to get to the water or all the way around the beach area to get to the water. The condo was great but the property ruins it.

La propiedad es exelente ! Todo muy limpio y el personal muy amable , llevo 3 años consecutivos kendo a esta propiedad ! Pero es la primera ves y será la última que me sopeso con la compañía BOOK THAT CONDO , un servicio y atención pésimos,muy exigentes con lo que respecta a sus propios beneficios , más no con él huéspedes cuando se nos presenta una dificulta por culpa de ellos mismos , el día de mi llegada les reporte que el TV de la sala no funcionaba ! Al siguiente día me mandaron un mensaje que lo iban a solucionar ! Bueno pues al ver que no me solucionaban el problema fui y lo reporté a Tidewater el condominio pero ellos me dijeron que tenía que llamar a Book That condo pero nada estuve los 7 días de mi estancia sin el TV de la sala ! Así es que fue muy mala la atención de esta compañía, nunca me hospedaría con ellos de nuevo , más si en Tidewater, es exelente tanto la atención como todo en general !
