  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Great view, paying e tra for parking was awful....

The stay itzelf was good, great view the room was spacious, but u have to pay for parking separate & if u want to have chairs on the beach they rent them and they are expensibe so bring your own. But other than that ot was great

Thought we would have a beach front unit… small print said gulf view, large print said beach front. Jamie at the desk “tried “ to get it changed or compensate for the lack of clarity but nothing was done. The room shows wear and tear, was basic. The floors were nasty, we had to sweep and mop on day one, the babies socks looked like they had walked on a tarred road. The pools were nice, not enough loungers though. The beach was beautiful. Our family enjoyed the pool and the beach. The elevators worked great but would close shut quickly, hard to get your luggage through without the door closing. The ice machine was broken for the resort, the one in the room did work. We will not stay here again. For the money they charge we expected better, cleaner at the very least.

the unit was filthy. we had to buy cleaning supplies as soon as we arrived. it smelled bad and the floors were filthy. we had to mop the floors, light candles and spray air freshener immediately. the closet doors were off and just leaned against the wall, the coffee table and dining table were painted and were filthy. the clock did not work and there were no working lights on the balcony
