My family and I stayed in tower 1 facing the beach and the view was incredible. The condo was very clean and was big enough for my family of 5. Loved having separate bedrooms and a full kitchen. We will definitely be going back next year!!

The condo was great, clean and nice. However it’s good to note that the hotel itself had the pool closed half the time. A kid pooped in the pool and they closed it for 24 hours. And one morning they just didn’t open it. So careful if your kids want to swim at the pool a lot.

Best Place Ever

We have been to PCB many times and this by far has been the best place we have stayed! Our only complaint was the bed in the master bedroom was rather noisy. We will be staying here every time from now on.

Best stay ever! Room was nice and clean, staff was wonderful! Only thing that I side eyed was the 50 dollar parking fee - when majority of my stay I had to park up the street into the “overflow parking lot” due to no available spots in the condos parking garage.. I took this trip by myself so I wasn’t to happy with having to walk that distance by myself at night. Room also had no balcony furniture which was important to me since I wanted to comfortably enjoy watching the sunset/sunrise from the beautiful view I had. Other that, 10/10 - I will be booking again soon!!!

Horrible experience! The AC Stopped working on the second night. One of the comforter had a gross white stain on it. And you couldn’t hang out on the balcony because somebody was smoking weed. The Unit sleeps up to eight people and didn’t provide us enough toilet paper and hand soap. The washer and dryer was very loud and the dryer took forever to dry your clothes. We definitely will not stay at this place again. Probably would spend the money somewhere else.

There was sand in the guest bedroom bed under the covers, so i know the sheets were not changed before we got there. The garbage disposal did not work in the kitchen sink. The kitchen sink kept stopping up. We had to keep using a plunger to unstop it. The inside of the refrigerator was leaking water everyday while we were there. The refrigerator did not get our food as cold as it should have. The dishes in the cabinet were dirty with food stil on them. I'm so glad I knew to wash all of my dishes before using them. A suggestion for your cleaning crew when they know a new resident is coming to check-in, leave the ice maker on for guest.

Book That Condo was very communicative. The condo itself was not too clean, the living space needed sweeping and the couch had either pet or human hair left behind. The sheets and towels provided were although clean and fresh. The pools were great. Really hated the elevators, took years to get up and down.

It was a wonderful stay! The resort was ready early and was very clean upon arrival. The fridge starting leaking within the first 2 hours but maintenance offered to fix it immediately. This place was great for our first family vacation. We would absolutely stay here again.
