The location is excellent. Accessible to many attractions and restaurants. Very safe. Staff is very kind.

While the property was good for the most part. 2 outdoor pools and 1 indoor. Fitness center. Game room. The elevators were awful. 20 to 30 minutes to get off the floor. Had to call security to get us off the 9th floor for check out after 40 minutes of not being able to catch an elevator. Elevators and electricity went out one night. Had to walk up the 9 flights. Good times let me tell you.
