"I loved the ocean front room and balcony. The pools and property were clean and the landscaping and flowers gorgeous. The view from balcony was breathtaking. The umbrella and chair rental was in my opinion high ($60 daily) and that was a drawback for me since I love the beach but we did manage to sit by the pools each day after. I thought I booked before school let out but evidently Florida school let out in May. A lot of families with children who never used the splash pool which looked phenomenal. So, two drawbacks for me but I did enjoy my stay and would highly recommend."
Radisson Beachfront Hotel - Panama City Beach

"This hotel is a DUMP. My goal for our beach vacation was to find an affordable room with balcony. The Radisson checked those boxes. Sadly, the place was disappointing in every other way. It is old, dirty and in much need of repair. We arrived on a Sunday evening to find no parking at the hotel. We were told there was a concert in town and the parking spots had been sold to others, and it would be better after that night. Wrong. Precious few spots are at the hotel and if you lose that lottery, you’re expected to park across the street or down the street. Check-in time is 4 pm. We arrived at 5 and the room still wasn’t ready. I have no idea why, because the floor had not been mopped. Walking barefoot through the room turned our feet black within minutes. Our room was on the 5th floor, and the elevators take MINUTES to arrive at your floor. We were told that housekeeping would service the room every 3rd day, and we didn’t realize our room didn’t have a Do Not Disturb doorhanger until housekeeping knocked once and then entered our room (with me in the shower) the next day! There was a leak in the room or bathroom above us, and overnight the ceiling dripped enough to soak my bag of BOOKS. We reported it & it was patched (badly) that afternoon. No breakfast provided – and we knew that – but there is water and coffee in the lobby. The coffee is right next to a trash can, so covered with gnats. We found a live roach in our room on day 2. We will not be back."

"The view was nice, but there were so many people using marijuana & I couldn’t take my minor child on the balcony. The room wasn’t clean & they left the broom in the room and never came in to clean while we were there for 4 days. Online it shows there is a kitchen, but when I got there it had no kitchen."

"We have stayed there before and everyone was nice but the overall manager now was very hateful. The first ground floor room that we were put into was great, but after 2 days, because of a hotel problem, we were moved to the 4th floor. Our room had no balcony and the elevator was a walk down the entire width of the hotel. We had reservations for an attraction that afternoon that we had to lose a deposit on because the manager said if we didn't move quickly, we would be locked out of our room. I couldn't use the rolling cart to move us because the elevator has 5 stairs to go down to get to the room entrance walkway. I'm almost 80 years old and this was a big problem for me and a wasted day of our vacation. The manager told me to either move rooms or go home. Will never stay here again!!!"

"I was disappointed by my experience at this hotel. While the property itself was fine, the way I was treated regarding my service dog was unacceptable. I informed the staff that my dog is a legitimate service animal, yet I felt that my statement was questioned and doubted. Instead of being treated with respect, I was made to feel as though I was being dishonest. As a result, I was charged a pet fee that, according to the rules regarding service animals, should not have been charged. What upset me most was not just the fee, but the way the situation was handled. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional, leaving me feeling embarrassed and unfairly judged. I believe all guests deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below those expectations, and for that reason I cannot recommend this hotel."
