Although the the gulf was not visible from my room it was so close to the pedestrian bridge to walk to the beach and if you didn’t want to walk there were courtesy gulf cart trams to transport you. Very satisfied.

We spent 5 nights at Edgewater beach and golf resort. The villas are just a short boardwalk away from the beach. The resort has a convenience store with Starbucks coffee, ice cream, beach essentials and other necessities. There is a restaurant and a bar. The property is quite old but very spacious. As a family of 5 we really appreciated the extra room. My only suggestion for improvement would be to get rid of carpet. Thank you Edgewater!!!

No hassle check-in / check-out. My event took place onsite so everything was walking distance; I didn’t really need a vehicle because of food/stores nearby. Comfortable relaxed beach vibe and safety/security was never in question.

We stayed in 902 and the upstairs. Have a dog and a woman who steps very hard.You could hear everything. The dog would bark constantly, and the woman would I would let the dog run back and forth, and we heard all the footsteps. There was coupons with frogs that were real loud all night, long and hard to sleep. The beds were uncomfortable

The condo was very clean. The condo was not welcoming. No welcome package with instructions. No toiletries, No extra towels. Washer and dryer broken after going to the pool and beach with grandchildren these two items are a necessity.
