Good value for money & centrally located
It was beyond our expectations for the money we paid . Ideal location as everything is in walkable distance .They gave us an early check-in & a late check-out . In fact we stayed for 28 hours .Awesome!

close to town centre
on our checking we were told breakfast was not included and we were going out for breakfast after 11 every morning,after 3 days we had a courtesy call from reception reminding us soon breakfast serving will be stopped.that made us realised breakfast was included with the room booking.there was only verbal apology from manager which was disappointment.there was no good will.

A night in Panjim
Lovely welcome and exceptionally friendly especially Roland. Room was quite small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast limited but ok. Lift not working at time of stay so has to climb 3 flights of stairs but overall would recommend for a short stay.
