"Great pool. Good breakfast. SPA with extra charge for hotels visitors..."

"The room and hotel overall was very clean, the staff super polite and helpful and the say was overall excellent. We will stay here again in the future."

"Beautiful"

"Clean room, well maintained property, friendly staff and walkable to town centre."

"Great location , staff fabulous! Room nice"

"Spacious, modern and spotlessly clean room in the heart of old town Ioannina."

"The room was absolutely beautiful and the bed and sheets were very comfortable"

"The hotel at first glance looks very pretty. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you are there to visit Ioannina ( which I highly recommend) like we were, you will be very far from the action as the hotel is sort of in the middle of nowhere, with no restaurants around. The room we had was really spacious, but the bathroom needed a serious upgrade. Unless you like dessert for breakfast, the breakfast was cold and not very elaborate. So in summary, look closer to Ioannina."

"Our stay at the hotel was outstanding! The place was ultra modern and very clean with lots of consumables. The breakfast was excellent, lots of choices. The staff were very helpful giving lots of local sightseeing options in the area. Would definitely stay again!"

"A beautiful residence, charming & modern with an extra sense of privacy and peace. Staff was helpful and kind, breakfast unexpectedly delicious and rooms clean and comfortable."

"The hotel is just beautiful. We loved staying there and would definitely stay again."

"Very nice hotel, service was good, friendly staff. One thing they can improve on is having staff wear some kind of uniform to seem more professional.."

"Excellent place with great service and very clean"

"Lovely rooms and great staff"

"It is ok property for 3 star hotel, old but clean inside. Great staff"

"Would have liked to have in room coffee. Great location. Bed was very comfortable. We had the lake view room. Can be a noisy street so even though it looks out to the lake it’s not a quiet view."

"Liked breakfast, convenient parking, central location."

"Great stay!"

"I am a solo female traveller from the UK visiting a poorly friend in the nearby hospital. I hired a car - 14 minute drive and I was there. 4 minute drive to the hospital. Couldn't find a fault, everything was perfect and the view from my balcony was stunning. I will definitely be back, but under better circumstances next time."

"Comfortable room with balcony. Easy walk to Perama Cave plus bakeries and coffee shops. Short drive to central Ioannina. The staff were all attentive and friendly. Thank you for a pleasant stay!"
