"We selected a Handicapped access room because they are usually less used and larger shower area. However, this one had a tub and the shower came to my chest. I am 6ft tall. Dirty shower tub with hair in tub. Dirty desk chair. "

"Very disappointing the room was dirty from top to bottom. The continental breakfast was not even fixed. I mean there was nothing there not even juice or coffee. I need an extra towels, but they are out also."

I left one restaurant after being told 4 times that my selections were unavailable.(Sorry, we are out of ...) I went to the other restaurant, ordered a BLT. After waiting a while, I was told there was no sliced bread, but they could serve the BLT on a bun. I cancelled my order and left."
