We hadnt realised how disgusting the pool was until our son had been in it for 10 minutes, got out and was sick around 30 mins after for an hour (he’d had nothing wrong prior to that) and the pool toilets were absolutely disgusting and filthy."

"The hotel accused us over the phone saying that someone called and report weed smells in the hallway, when i went and spoke with the front desk and asked her to check the room before i left so that i could get deposit back she stated “i already confirmed it wasnt you all” and continued to talk about how she wasn’t accusing us with 2 kids of smoking in the rooms. Then proceeded to check us out and confirmed that i would get my deposit when i asked multiple times to go check the room before i left i alway had just moved to that room after having to leave the previous room due to noise and kids running up and down at 12am this hotel is very dishonest "
