"They did not have enough parking for guests so you had to park in the street. The walkway way blocked with furniture so you could not easily use it. The stairs at the bottom was blocked by a car so you had to use a different way. The bathroom vanity was stained by cigarette burns and spilled paint. Toilet when flushed made a loud noise. It was hard to cool down the room because of the gaps in the doorway and in the windows. I will not use Expedia again if this is the places it has on its web...

"Place needs a deep cleaning, bed cover appeared to have dry spots of what appeared to be male semen faucets were dirty need good hand scrub and clean. Bath tube looked grungy as if needs good scrub with bleach, toilet as well. There was dried urine underneath toilet seat on toilet bowls. Just needs some good tos! Besides that it’s worth what you pay for!"

"Overall, I had a good stay at The Delphi Hotel. The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean overall, and the location made it easy to get around Downtown LA. It was a comfortable place to stay during my trip.
That said, there were a few things that kept it from being a 5-star experience. My room had a few maintenance issues that I wasn't expecting for the price. There were noticeable marks in the toilet, one of the mirrors was damaged, and the bathroom light flickered during my stay. None of these were deal-breakers, but they made the room feel like it needed a bit more attention.
I was also surprised that indoor slippers weren't provided inside the room. Maybe I've been spoiled by hotels in Asia, but for what this hotel costs, I honestly expected them.
Lastly, the bed frame has a raised platform around the mattress. After spending all day walking, getting in and out of bed became more of a chore than expected. If you have bad knees or mobility issues, it's something worth keeping in mind.
Despite those complaints, I still enjoyed my stay. The staff were welcoming, and I had a pleasant overall experience."
"The Omni was amazing! The staff was so helpful with anything we asked about… from questions about going to Dodger’s stadium to taking us to pick up our rental car. The room was so nice and very clean. The gym had a variety of equipment and we enjoyed using it. Location is perfect… the Broad and MOCA is a short walk away."
"I was a little hesitant to book after reading the mixed reviews, but I'm so glad we did. We would definitely stay here again if we're ever back in the area. The staff, especially David, was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The on site restaurant was excellent, and we really appreciated the yard games that kept our kids entertained while we waited for our food. The pool area was well maintained, and our room was clean, comfortable, and inviting.
My only real complaint was the cost of parking, although that seems to be typical for the area and wasn't something the hotel could really control. The location was also a big plus, it was conveniently close to Universal Studios, with several restaurants within easy walking distance. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again."
"Been coming to Line 4 times already. Very good experience with the city view and also we always get bcd tofu every night, it was just 1 street light walk away. Plus the weather is nice at k-town LA"
"Great location! Right across the street from Crypto Arena and plenty of places to eat, drink and be merry. The beds were very comfortable and we could sleep in since checkout was at noon. Thecost was expensive and they (city, county, facility) has taxes which were ridiculous. Parking is expensive but i do get that it is downtown L.A. Bar area was beautiful but since we went for the WNBA game we didn't have time to have a drink there. Next time. Yes, I will go back!!"
"Overall, our stay was good. The room was clean and the staff were polite and helpful. The downside was the beds, which felt a bit small for three people. Other than that, everything was fine.”"
