"Las áreas están bien pero los empleados se encuentran muy cargados ya que se notan en stress en todo momento. Las reglas del hotel en comparación con otros son muy limitados, por ejemplo te entregan solo 1 llave para la habitación. Es con Bandas estrictamente colocadas en el counter a cada huesped. Las habitaciones tienen sus problemas ya q el TV no sirvió y nunca lo pudieron arreglar. Nos encontramos con toallas sucias en el piso dentro de la habitación. "

"Lovely stay at Hacienda Villa Sotomayor. The view of the mountains was beautiful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. We had a problem with the shower in our room and when the staff realized it wasn't fixable in a timely basis, management quickly assigned us a new and larger casita. All the staff we met were so gracious and hospitable. The grounds are well kept, the pool is maintained well and the convenience to sites is great. "

The included breakfast is fantastic, with so many delicious options to choose from each morning. It’s the perfect way to start your day in such a charming place. "El cuarto estaba limpio El desayuno muy caro. $22 es carísimo para un desayuno. No desayuné allí. El staff puede ser más amable, llegamos tarde y se veía que estaban cansados. La atención no fue la mejor. No nos pusieron ni las pulseras del hotel, éramos las únicas sin las pulseras pensando que nos podían preguntar en cualquier momento si éramos huéspedes del parador. El parking está bien, cerca del parador, pero abierto y no hay seguridad. Por lo menos yo no vi a nadie de seguridad en los tres días que estuve. "
