Room was great, clean, and looks relatively upgraded but I wish it was bigger. The breakfast was alright. They had eggs (unsure of if it was powder or real eggs), potatoes, eggs with spinach, and other things. The bagel was a bit hard. For the price, I’m happy with the room.

Room was small but clean and updated. Bed was comfortable. One evening front desk staff person seemed unmotivated and somewhat rude when asked about receiving a food delivery. Other than that, everyting was good.

Great customer service. Construction was very loud and right by our room. Sunday morning was very loud as well as music from construction workers. Excellent customer service, food and ambiance at Selvins.

Great service from check in to check out. Double queen room was new and clean. Got a courtyard room which was nice, but next to a sitting area so we were woken up quite a bit. Recommend a 2nd floor room or a room away from outdoor social areas.

I love this property! First time I have stayed here....my daughter goes to CLU, and this will now be my go-to spot on every visit. Fantastic staff, charming hotel that is well-maintained, I loved it. Can't wait to come back!
