"We arrived in a monsoon. We had planned to snokel peanut island, not happening. We walked to dinner, which was really nice to a property to the North on A1A and food was very good. Because we were stuck inside, I enjoyed the jacuzzi in the living room with a glass of wine and watched the World Series, that was totally fun!!! "

"This property was a total gem! The location was great, so many things close by. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was large, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast had a variety of options and the buffet area was well kept and attended to the entire time we were down there. In our opinion the room price was a total steal as well. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely be back! "

"We had the most incredible stay at Jupiter Hotel and Spa and cannot say enough wonderful things about this resort and, especially, the staff. From the moment we arrived, every single person we encountered — front desk, housekeeping/janitorial, wait staff, beach valet, valet, you name it — went truly above and beyond. The service was impeccable in every sense of the word. We were traveling with our 7-month-old baby, and the way the staff embraced and celebrated our family made the experience even more special. Everyone was so kind and complimentary, and our son was even gifted a turtle, a toy, and a hat from different staff members — such thoughtful gestures that meant so much to us. We felt completely welcomed and supported, and it was amazing to experience a luxury resort that so seamlessly caters to families as well. We initially booked a standard king room, and after our first night my husband asked if there happened to be any waterfront upgrades available. Not only did they accommodate us, but they made the transition effortless — helping us move rooms and even allowing the switch at 8:00 a.m. This level of flexibility and care is truly rare. There truly aren’t enough positive things to say about this resort. Jupiter Hotel and Spa made us feel relaxed, cared for, and valued, and we were able to enjoy a luxurious vacation without ever feeling that our family needs were an inconvenience. We cannot wait to come back and would recommend this resort to anyone! "

"Really good. Got a 2 queen bedroom, the room was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The booking process was super easy to. I booked at around 11:45 at night and arrived to the hotel at 11:52 and my booking was already processed and ready. The desk person at front was super kind and friendly. I would definitely stay here again."
