Lovely location, friendly staff very clean and excellent food.

The hotel & food was very nice in season.I stayed for 8 nights in Feb 2014 & 7 nights at end of March 2014. The hotel is right next to the chair lift but towards the end of season they turn it off which means you either have to wait for the bus down to the gondola or walk, which is ok going down the steep hill in the morning but after a long days ski its hard to get back up if the bus doesn't arrive

The hotel lounge in the atrium area was very pleasant to sit in. We also appreciated the safe/cool underground parking for our motorcycles.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff felt safe. Great location short walk to the gondola. Free parking by the gondola if you bring your car no need to pay hotels parking price €15 a day outside of €20 inside. Food selections great. Fresh crepes every morning. Restaurant staff were lovely. Spa was nice you get an hour for €14, €10 euro for children. Would return, only slight negative was dinner doesn’t start until 7.30pm and you come off slopes at 5pm starving. So maybe we’ll go b&b next time. Great...

Close to main shopping centre, car parking good.

We only stayed for 1 night on our way to somewhere else but it was great, could not fault it. Check in was nice and easy. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had our evening meal in the Irish pub, the staff were really helpful and friendly and food was nice. They also had Guinness on draft which was fab. Amazing nights sleep, really quiet. We had breakfast, again very helpful staff and a great choice of breakfast items. Would definitely recommend

Clean room, helpful staff and a very central location

Super location, walk through the hotel garden and through a multi story car park to the lifts of a large shopping centre. Once at zero, you're at street level for more shops, bars and restaurants. Staff keep their distance in typical 5 star style therefore they don't appear to be very friendly. There was a cigarette burn on the sofa of room 105, disappointing. The location and comfort of the rooms here is fantastic, lovely jacuzzi bath. This was our 5th visit in 18 months, our relaxing hideaway.

We live in Spain and visit Andorra regularly, I’m so glad our usual hotel was full as we found a real gem here. We were made to feel most welcome, great breakfast and beautiful surroundings. Our dog was welcome too which makes all the difference. We are looking forward to returning!
