We really liked the staff! Everyday the ladies that came to clean and cook and help guests out were always able and ready to help and offer cooked breakfast such as scrambled eggs etc and were knowledgeable and always happy and friendly! We had a great stay over our time and the building’s location across the road from Palermo Central station was an ideal base to get to and from. On our first evening there was an issue with there being no hot water due to an problem with the water in the building, the hot water returned and then the next morning there was no hot water again and then no water at all. This issue was resolved quickly as there were plumbers working on the problem, however it would have been best to have been notified of this as soon as it was a known issue. The hot water was not available on the last couple of mornings (this may be because other people were using it at the same time). Everything was cleaned and tidied perfectly well and the ladies made up for any water issues. Lots of shops and restaurants within a 15 min walk into the main parts of town. The local area is a bit dirty and dodgy but that is not the bnb’s fault.

We had no running hot water for the duration of the stay to which we were informed there was nothing they could do about it. We really wanted to write something positive but when you’ve booked a bed and bathroom you’d expect to be able to use the bathroom. Did not offer a solution or compensation for this

les chambres sont grandes et très propre. Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable et d une grande gentillesse. La situation est idéale pour visiter le centre culturel de palerme et également pour visiter l île car il est situé juste à côté de la gare centrale ( bus train tramway)

The room had a "private" bathroom - however it is on the other side of the breakfast room, so if you want a shower in the morning you end up walking through the breakfast room, complete with guests, wearing just a towel and an attempt at a nonchalant smile!. Also the room, though OK, is not a patch on the photo. Also, when yo get there you find it is not "Zero room and breakfast" at all but "White B&B"!!! This makes it almost impossible to find and there is NO SIGN for it outside the building. The area is somewhat run down (though only 10 minutes walk from the much nicer historic centre). And so that you can judge the area it is right by the tram and railway stations and we saw several ladies of "Negotiable virtue" nearby. That said the room itself is fine apart from the shower and loo being on the other side of the breakfast room, and the staff are friendly. It was clean, and kept clean.

お部屋がとても可愛く清潔でした。 中央駅から2分位、大通りなので治安も安心、トラム停留所のすぐそばでした。 入り口からは階段で日本式の3階、細い階段です。 大きいスーツケースだと大変ですね。 バスタオルは３日に一度の交換です。
