Great location for walking. Free street parking in front if you are lucky. Comfortable room with small balcony. Breakfast set up in room with fresh pastries delivered each morning. Smooth check -in and great communication. Highly recommend.

We had a nice stay. Sandro was accommodating so we could check in before 3 pm. He also provided us with suggestions for restaurants and sightseeing. Comfortable beds. Good location. Fresh croissants delivered in the morning. Only complaint: coffee machine was hard to figure out for us. Would have liked instructions for it.

Sandro is a wonderful and attentive host. The rooms are clean and breakfast in the privacy of your room. The location is in the heart of Palermo close to Ferry Transportation and tour pick up points, Taxi stands and bus routes. Palermo Céntrale train station is a €9 Taxi from the nearest taxi stand or by bus on Via Roma. Small market next door and plenty of dining choices & sights are near by. I recommend the Erice & Segesta tour towards Trapani. Beach and other activities transportation near.

Posizione molto vicina al centro e ai principali punti di interesse in città (teatro Politeama e Massimo, mercati tipici, porto). Ben servita dai mezzi di trasporto sia per aeroporto, treno e servizio pullman a Palermo. Proprietario gentilissimo e pronto a dare indicazioni e suggerimenti. Camera molto spaziosa dotata di bagno con doccia, balconcino, sempre a disposizione degli ospiti macchinetta di caffè, tè, frigo e microonde. Avevamo l'aereo di sera e ci ha lasciato la camera fino a pomeriggio inoltrato. Grazie ancora signor Luciano!

Wir waren drei Tage in einem Studio in Banincasa und es hatte uns sehr gut gefallen, so dass wir für die Tage vor dem Rückflug noch einmal für zwei Personen gebucht hatten. Leider war dieses Mal der Raum (St. Agata) ein große Enttäuschung: sehr klein, dunkel und ohne Aufenthaltsqualität.

Wir hatten zu dritt ein Studio (St. Ninfa) mit gut ausgestatteter Küche und zwei kleinen Balkonen zur Straße - offenkundig ein ehemaliges piano nobile. Die Lage ist perfekt für einen selbst gestalteten Aufenthalt in Palermo: Die wichtigsten Bushaltestellen sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt (sowohl Stadtbusse, aber auch Überland und Airport). In einer Viertelstunde zu Fuß ist man in der Fußgängerzone.

Struttura centrale, moderna e pulitissima. proprietari gentilissimi è sempre a disposizione per risolvere ogni problema. Assolutamente consigliata per soggiornare a Palermo centro.

La propriété n'est pas indiqué dans la rue donc pas simple pour la trouver en passant devant en voiture ( c'est une (très) grande porte rouge bordeaux). L'appartement que nous avions eu "Christina" était assez bruyant... une pompe servant à alimenter l'appartement (et les autres chambres) était juste à coté de notre chambre et l'appartement du dessus était très bruyant (enfants qui crient, chaises et mobilier bougé constamment..) Autrement, la chambre était propre, avec la clim, la salle de bain grande et refaite à neuf. La propriétaire était joignable par telephone sans soucis. Nous disposions d'une cuisine commune mais nous ne l'avons pas utilisé sauf pour se faire un thé.
