"The room was VERY clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful in every way. The breakfast was excellent!!"

"Excellent hotel and location. Can get a bit noisy in the area at night but that’s beyond the hotel’s control."

"Excellent location, all ammenities great value."

"Excellent location, you can walk everywhere. Plaza serrano is 10 minutes away. That’s where you can find the pretty narrow streets and many places to eat. At night, it also comes alive with music, drinks and more. The hotel feels personal and decor rates with love. The staff is exceptional, special thanks to the front desk team: Jose, Jean, Milena, Agustín. Definitely recommend"

"Very good location, very clean, perfect for a few days stay. "

"Great location. Check before that the construction in the next building is done. Great communication."

"Very friendly stuff."

"The apartment is very small and is for no more than 2 people. They listed the apartment for about 4 -6 people. They don’t have a front desk or a place to take care of the luggage. I didn’t like this place at all. The heater didn’t work and they never fixed it. I paid very high amount for this place compared with friends that traveled with us and got better places and prices."

"It was easy and clean to stay in there"

"Loft bem limpo organizado e estrutura boa"

"Very easy going and very convenient location, would stay again for sure"

"The room was quite dirty and the bed had a lot of hair on it so we had to clean our beds before sleeping. The walls also need to be washed and there was no toilet brush. The building itself is fine but the furniture on the rooftop is starting to break and need replacing. The communication from the host is excellent."

"The hotel needs a renovation. The location is good and has the option first come first serve of parking, only few spots available."

"The Apartment was nice and clean. Decorated nicely. Good Location. Secure location."
