The location is stunning, yet close to amenities and lots of different options for sightseeing, day trips etc. Rooms were a great size and well equipped. The staff were beautiful. I found them to be so warm and friendly and the perfect blend of checking on you and your needs but not having the feeling that they were stalking. Food and wines were fabulous! "The resort is very beautiful and lots to do for a relaxing couple of days. Everything was clean and comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was amazing! So many options. We also had dinner at their restaurant, would recommend reservations, the food was excellent and so was the atmosphere. "

"The room was full of ants and other small insects. I was staying in the middle of Tuscany wine country, I would expect my room to have a corkscrew and at least glass glasses. The room only had flimsy plastic cups. "
