"Our first visit to Rome travelling as a couple on holiday…so pleased we found this amazing hotel. Great location - easy to walk, amazing food choices, close to attractions. The staff were amazing and arranged everything. Breakfast included every morning with amazing rooftop views of the city. We also had drinks and dinner at the rooftop restaurant which was great. The hotel is so clean, lovely furnishings, lovely vibe and especially thank you to every one of the staff. "

"It was our first time in Rome and we didn’t know what to expect. The Hive was a very nice hotel, especially for the price. The images online don’t do it justice. Very clean, modern design. The rooms were spacious, but not large. I would say equivalent to a midpriced hotel in the USA. It has usb and usbc charging ports next to the bed for cell phones. The location is very close to the metro but a fair distance from the major attraction of Rome. Walkable to some but a quick Uber ride to the rest. It was quiet. There is a rooftop restaurant. A nice small grocery store within a block. Some decent restaurants within a block or two. I would stay here again. For reference, we are a middle class family in the Philadelphia, Pa. suburbs. Also, we arrived very early(7am) and the Hive was happy to stow our luggage for 5-6 hours before our rooms became available. We felt safe in the area. Again the graffiti and online images gave us pause, but I felt safe with my wife and kids. Hope this review helps others. "

"Great stay! Great location! Bus and train is near! Coming from the airport, I took the train to the 1st stop & the walk from there to the hotel was 10 minutes! The staff was lovely, and the actual room was nice!"

"We didn't do the breakfast. The room was really nice. The beds had some sort of memory foam which took some getting used to, but we stayed 3 nights. Very nice location. "

"This hotel was fabulous. Right next to the Pantheon with a great view from our room, which was remarkably quiet for such a central tourist location. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was served at a small cafe about 20 meters down the road and made for a great start to the day. We will certainly be back!"
