"It was worst possible. The surroundings were dirty. The room was dirty and had all dirty linen. basic things like dust bin, towel etc were missing. request to change bed sheets etc was not attended to. Room service was non available, order for Tea at 6 AM was flatly refused. Tea , open to dirty was served in dirty mugs, delivered in hand , open uncovered mugs through dirty passage, kitchen sight horrible, Rooms of minimum size possible, windows not opening, suffocation at high level, remotes...
