"This hotel designed for the people who need to stay 1 night between train schedule or flight schedule. May be for this who does not have money at all, VERY BED UNSAFE AND DEPRESSING LOCATION. Very uncomfortable dining room, not serving vegetables at all. Not enough eggs and serial if you are coming 2 hours later and no body care that you pay price for the food that they do not have in the proper quantity. DEFINITELY THIS HOTEL NOT FOR THE TRAVELERS. I have been rubt by gypsies. This is the quality of hotel location. I talk to the taxi drivers, locals and all of them told me that hotel location in the not safe area. The hotel should disclosed this information. See pictures attached. My room has 1 broken lamp and they was not able to fix because handyman working only 3 day a week and it was not the day I stayed. No plugs for phone near bed only on opposite wall. No shelfs for cosmetic in the shower. No any shelfs for closing."

"Nous avions réservé cet hotel car nous avions un spectacle à l’Orange Vélodrome! Que de déception. Un endroit beaucoup trop cher pour ce qui est offert 18 euros pour manger des rôties que j’ai du tartiner avec une cuillère car aucun couteau disponible et ce deux matins de suite! Des croissants écrasés, des oeufs brouillés et de drôles de saucisses si vous êtes levés assez tôt. Ceci dit il peut être facile de se lever tôt car le lit double que nous avions était en fait deux lits jumeaux liés entre eux par le drap contour donc chaque fois que nous bougions nous prenions le risque que le lit se sépare et que l’on chute entre les deux. Et pour la douche un rideau trop long, mal installé et couvert de résidus de savon. Rien pour nous inciter à y retourner. Dommage car notre spectacle était vraiment bien!"

"Das Frühstück war ok, das Zimmer war auf den ersten Blick ok, einfach nicht genauer hinschauen. Die Teppiche waren durchweg richtig schmutzig. Im weiteren empfehle ich nicht dort das Abendessen einzunehmen, das ist grausam, 2 Stunden danach musste ich mich so richtig übergeben, es war schlimm. Ob man zufrieden war, hat Niemand gefragt, gut die wissen schon weshalb, denn schon der Empfang lies zu wünschen übrig. Keine Gastreundschaft und überhaupt nicht hilfsbereit, auch kein Guten Tag als wir ankamen. Da wir 1 Tag vorher anreisten aufgrund, dass wir auf eine Kreuzfahrt gingen, hatte ich zimlich Gepäck. 2 Grosse und eine kleine Koffer, sowie meine 82jährige Mutter im Rollstuhl zum schieben. Fragen ob sie helfen können, fehlanzeige😡. Dann war auch noch super, dass sie es nicht im Griff hatten mit der Reservation, statt 2 Zimmer sagte sie es wäre nur eines reserviert. Ich zeigte Ihr die Buchungsbestätigung, nach langem hin und her wurde sie dann fündig. Ich kann dieses Hotel gar nicht empfehlen."

"Excellent location for us to be able to catch an early train. Very helpful front desk staff. Intermittent WiFi and due to an holiday no restaurant were negatives for us. Easy rental car return access."
